Work

Zoom

Built the App Marketplace GTM function from zero across a 2,000+ integration ecosystem as Zoom expanded from a meetings platform to a full communication and collaboration platform. Led a team of marketers and 20+ cross-functional partners across BD, product, sales, and CSM.

$7.2M

net-new partner ARR

Turned product gaps into closed deals across the Zoom platform

ISV GTM Program +

The problem

As Zoom expanded beyond meetings, building out its communication and collaboration platform, gaps in the product were blocking sales deals. Win/loss data told me where and why.

What I built

Owned the full program: identified which gaps ISV partners could close, built the messaging and field toolkit, designed the co-sell motion, and drove adoption with BD, product, field sales, and CSMs to turn stalled deals into closed ones.

The message

"One vendor, one contract, one workflow."

The result

Program delivered $7.2M in net-new partner ARR

+15%

SMB revenue growth

Launched Zoom's first AI app bundle before AI was a selling point

1st AI App Bundle +

The problem

Post-pandemic, free alternatives were eroding Zoom's SMB base. The answer wasn't price. It was value. SMB customers didn't know what Zoom could do for them beyond meetings.

What I built

Curated Zoom's first AI productivity bundle, 8 apps across productivity, team engagement, and customer relationships, and built the positioning and GTM motion around it. The real work was figuring out how to talk about AI before it was a selling point. Not jargon. Position the outcome, not the technology.

The result

Bundle drove +15% SMB revenue growth

Atlassian

Owned Tier 1 partner GTM: joint business planning, co-marketing, and field activation with AWS, Dropbox, and Adobe across Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Bitbucket.

Invite-only

AWS DevOps vertical GTM access

Built the joint GTM motion that unlocked AWS's DevOps vertical program

AWS Hyperscaler GTM +

The problem

AWS and Atlassian measured success differently. Without aligning on both, the partnership would produce activity without impact.

What I built

Reignited the relationship with AWS before any campaign, aligning both sides on strategy and where their goals connected. Identified one tactic from AWS's playbook and ran it in two weeks to validate the approach. That test earned invite-only access to the DevOps vertical program.

The result

Earned invite-only access to AWS's DevOps vertical GTM program

adoption target met

Turned a product integration into a better together customer story

Dropbox Smart Links in Jira +

The problem

Atlassian had a strong integration with Dropbox. Smart Links embedded Dropbox files directly into Jira and Confluence workflows. The technology existed. The customer story didn't.

What I built

Owned GTM strategy for Smart Links: developed the "better together" narrative for both technical and business users, launched a multi-channel co-marketing campaign across content, web, email, and sales, and enabled both organizations on a consistent story.

The result

Met 30% adoption target

LinkedIn

Led messaging and feature prioritization for LinkedIn's $3B Recruiter and Jobs portfolio, targeting CHROs and talent acquisition leaders globally.

+20%

CSAT improvement

Led messaging and feature prioritization for LinkedIn's first AI features, turning around a stalling $3B portfolio

Recruiter & Jobs repositioning +

The problem

LinkedIn's Recruiter and Jobs portfolio wasn't gaining the expected traction. It wasn't until customer interviews and sales listening sessions that the messaging gap became clear.

What I built

Led the messaging work and feature prioritization, simplifying the AI feature set from 6 to 4 based on what customers actually needed. Updated messaging was executed in market across sales and marketing.

The result

+20% CSAT improvement

Intuit

Two stints. Mountain View and Melbourne, Australia, leading global QuickBooks GTM across 5 countries with 4 direct reports globally. Returned in 2026 for the Accountant Suite launch.

Launched a global category campaign still running today

Firm of the Future · QuickBooks +

The problem

The accounting industry was moving from desktop to cloud and Intuit had to lead that shift globally. The challenge was taking a consistent message to market across 5 regions, each with different competitors and customer readiness.

What I built

Developed the Firm of the Future messaging to meet accountants where they were in their adoption journey, enabling self-selection along the path to cloud. Tested the messaging with sales before launch, critical since they owned the customer relationship after. Built a campaign-in-a-box playbook regional teams could adapt without losing the core narrative.

The result

11% above adoption targets globally · Campaign still running today

Identified whitespace, built GTM from zero, landed the largest customer

Higher Ed GTM · QuickBooks +

The problem

The education business was growing double digits but everything was ad hoc. The work was determining where to focus, the right messaging, distribution, and GTM to make it scalable.

What I built

Identified where to focus, built the messaging, distribution strategy, and GTM to support it across high school, vocational, and university buyers. Landed University of Phoenix as as Intuit's largest education customer.

The result

33% above plan · Acting Like an Owner award

beta adoption

Built AI-powered enablement to support Accountant Suite adoption across different customer segments

Accountant Suite +

The problem

Intuit's Accountant Suite was in beta with early adoption. The enablement motion was not in place for the different types of customers who needed to switch and adopt.

What I built

Built segment-specific messaging and migration assets tailored to where each firm was in their adoption journey, and an AI-powered sales toolkit in NotebookLM consolidating pricing, positioning, and objection handling, reducing rep prep time and getting the right message to the right firm at the right moment.

The result

8% to 22% beta adoption
